Application Fee: A non-refundable application fee, as posted at the time of application, is required to process screening for each adult applicant and is due at the time this application is submitted.
Screening Authorization: By signing below, I authorize Whitemarsh Properties, LLC and its screening agents to obtain a consumer credit report, criminal background check, eviction history, and to verify my employment, income, and rental history, in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). I understand I may request the name and address of any screening company used and may dispute inaccurate information directly with that company.
Renters Insurance: Applicant understands that proof of renters insurance with liability coverage may be required prior to move-in and throughout the tenancy.
Electronic Communication & Signature: Applicant consents to receive communications regarding this application by email or text, and agrees that an electronic or digital signature on this application is valid and enforceable to the same extent as a handwritten signature.
